At first Jeff was great. Offered excellent price for work to be done. The awning manufacturer (Waynecraft) was difficult and it took too long for them to fabricate the awning. I'm told they're worth the wait and the awning did turn out very nicely. Jeff worked as the coordinator with the manufacturer and they're installer. Once the old awning was removed I had concerns over where the old awning had been connected to the house. I tried to discuss these with Jeff and unfortunately, here is where he came up short. During this conversation, Jeff did not listen well and appeared unconcerned with providing good customer service. His response to my questions fell to, "we can tell the awning people to wait and I can get my siding guy out in a few weeks." I had told him several times this was not what I wanted. I think a better response would have been, "let me meet with you at the property and we can discuss your concerns." Ultimately, the job turned out fine. I am pleased with the result. The journey was a little too bumpy. You asked if I would recommend Jeff and provided a yes or no option. I said yes, but frankly, I'm not sure. I will keep his name and next time around, I will consider him as an option.
