I have a shingle-covered brick/cement back porch with pillars. Don came out to provide a quote on my back porch while I was unavailable. I called him and asked him to come back so I could ask questions and see that we were on the same page with the task at hand. I had Don do the work, he was polite, professional and even did a bit more work than what had been on my quote.
