I have a somewhat complicated home theater system that needed to be reinstalled after a change in entertainment center cabinets. Paul called within minutes of my Service Magic request, we discussed the job and made an appointment for the next day. He came immediately after the furniture delivery, spent as much time as was needed to assemble all the components, calibrate the system, and go through a short training session with me.
